On July 27th of 2017, the Open Ceremony for the second session ofWorkshop on Education and Technology Cooperation for South Sudanwas held at NWU. The workshop was imitated by theMinistry of Commerce of China, undertook by China South Publishing and Media group, and jointly carried out by Ontop International Culture and Media Co. Ltd and Northwest University. In the following four weeks, ranging from July 27^thto August 24^th, 59 South Sudan participants will take experts lectures and visit publishing houses in order to improve curriculum development, textbook publishing and academic research capability for South Sudan.
